CSols Plc was formed in 1990 when the vision for a transformative lab informatics company began in the UK. The company wanted to expand into the U.S. market and officially incorporated in Florida in 2000 as CSols Inc. In 2001, Kyle McDuffie, the current President and CEO, joined the company to launch and grow the U.S. operations. Sandy Ahmed and Tim Histen were the first employees to join the team and participated with Kyle in a management acquisition of U.S.-based operations in 2004.

With a determination to build something exceptional from the ground up, the three of them have established CSols as the premier laboratory informatics consulting firm in North America.

Over the past 25 years, CSols has succeeded through black swan events like 9-11, global crises like the COVID-19 pandemic, and rapid technological advancements like the rise of generative artificial intelligence. Through it all, the company has upheld its commitments to delivering excellence, providing high-value services, and building customized laboratory solutions for clients. Many competitors from those early years are no longer in business, but CSols has thrived by continuously evolving and maintaining a steadfast focus on client success.
