A Data Strategy Engagement for a Global Chemical Company
John Doe, Chief Executive Officer
Challenge:
A global chemical company struggled with inconsistent data practices across multiple locations, limiting access to project data and hindering AI/ML initiatives. Despite using Microsoft SharePoint, varying storage methods slowed down workflows. With a custom data platform years away, they needed an immediate solution.
Solution:
CSols conducted scoping meetings at each site to assess data usage and identify gaps. We provided tailored recommendations, educated the client on effective strategies, and helped align teams. The engagement enabled the client to better understand their data and workflows, preparing them for future platform decisions.

SampleManager LIMS v21 Implementation for a Multinational Chemical Company
John Doe, Chief Executive Officer
Challenge:
The multinational chemical company's specialty adhesives unit needed to streamline the R&D sample analysis process and centralize reports. Challenges included managing time-consuming manual requests, paper-based workflows, lack of lab metrics, and scattered reports.
Solution:
CSols delivered a functional and flexible SampleManager LIMS instance that minimized custom code, enabling easy site expansion and automated results capture. The team created user-friendly dashboards and guided the client through requirements gathering and workflow mapping. The implementation streamlined request submission, report delivery, and centralized report storage, all within budget and on schedule.

Business Analysis for a SampleManager LIMS™ 11.2 Implementation
John Doe, Chief Executive Officer
Challenge:
The challenge was to integrate two sites into the SampleManager LIMS 11.2 system—one acquired from another company and another operating in French-Canada—while ensuring seamless adoption. Each site had unique processes, requiring careful configuration, customization, instrument interfacing, and SAP integration. The project faced language barriers, an aggressive timeline, and the complexity of deploying one stand-alone system and another integrated into the existing LIMS.
Solution:
CSols played a key role in phase 2 by gathering requirements, creating detailed URS and FRS documents, and assisting with project planning. The team traveled to both sites to improve communication, support user acceptance testing, and build strong relationships. CSols also helped translate training materials into French, ensuring smooth adoption.
